Aleph Hospitality, the largest independent hospitality management company in the Middle East and Africa, has signed a management contract for the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton-branded hotel in Kenya with owner AVA Hotel Limited, further solidifying its position as a leading hotel operator in Kenya and the wider region.
The milestone agreement underscores Aleph Hospitality’s commitment to East Africa, where the company has been strategically expanding its footprint in key cities and tourism hubs. With a growing portfolio and a reputation for operational excellence, Aleph Hospitality is well-positioned to meet the evolving demands of the region’s hospitality sector.
AVA Hotel Nairobi, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, enjoys a prime location in the heart of the upscale Lavington suburb, just minutes from Nairobi’s city centre. Surrounded by leafy avenues, modern shopping malls, and gourmet restaurants, the hotel will feature 91 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, a rooftop, swimming pool, fitness area, meeting rooms, and a business centre.

Tapestry Collection by Hilton is a global portfolio of independent hotels, each with its own original and vibrant personality. When it opens, AVA Hotel Nairobi will be part of Hilton Honours, the award-winning guest loyalty programme offering members benefits such as Points on stays, exclusive discounts, free standard Wi-Fi, digital check-in with room selection, and Digital Key access.
Hilton has also announced the debut of Tapestry Collection by Hilton in South Africa and Rwanda, following agreements for The Sterling Hotel and Zaria Court Kigali.
These additions reinforce Hilton’s continued growth across Africa, with plans to open more than 100 hotels on the continent in the coming years.
