Africa Fund Capital (AFC), a Kenya-based infrastructure development firm, has announced the appointment of American funding strategist and social entrepreneur Quinetha Frasier as the new Chief Executive Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, the Africa & Diaspora Economic Network (ADEN).
In her new role, Frasier will lead ADEN’s ambitious mission to unite the estimated 1.7 billion-strong global African community under a singular, transformative vision. She will be directly responsible for channelling Global Africa’s immense financial and human capital into catalytic infrastructure projects designed to underpin the continent’s 21st-century prosperity, echoing a direct call for all people of African descent to “move from promise to action. We have the blueprint to build an economically sovereign Motherland.”
“Quinetha’s proven leadership and deep-seated commitment to economic progress make her the ideal choice to lead ADEN at this crucial juncture,” said the Chairman of Africa Fund Capital. “She is uniquely qualified to execute ADEN’s mandate of uniting the Global African community. Her expertise will be instrumental in leveraging our investment engine, Africa Fund Capital, to build the Africa we collectively envision, as outlined in the African Union’s Agenda 2063.”

Frasier, who will be based in Nairobi, Kenya, holds an MBA and is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
